Responsibilities

1. Operate press machines to produce rubber products.
2. Push, pull, and lift up to 30 lbs.
3. Conduct quality checks to ensure product standards.
4. Follow instruction sheets for stand work and complete production paperwork, including basic shop math.
5. Inspect rubber products as per instruction sheets.
6. Participate in team activities focused on quality, productivity, scrap reduction, cost control, and safety.
7. Engage in problem solving, cost saving initiatives, and team improvement efforts.
8. Commit to exceeding customer expectations through satisfaction, employee involvement, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

High School Diploma preferred or at least 3 years of work experience.

Additional Information

Position is on 2nd shift, 3 pm - 11 pm.
