2nd SHIFT - MACHINE OPERATOR I - OMAHA

Monday - Thursday 4:30pm - 3am, possible overtime on Fridays

We are a well-established, Omaha-based manufacturer with over 65 years of providing quality products to our clients. Phillips Manufacturing is the one-stop shop for drywall finishing accessories, lath, stucco accessories, metal channels, interior framing, and fire-rated assemblies with facilities around the country.

A Machine Operator operates machinery to maintain continuous production while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Essential Functions:

1. Operation: Inspect, prepare, adjust, and perform minor repairs on machines.
2. Quality: Ensure products meet specifications by taking and reading measurements.
3. Computer Skills: Moderate proficiency required for scanning, labeling, etc.
4. Reporting: Produce legible and accurate production reports.
5. Packaging: Place finished cartons/bundles in proper holding carts.
6. Physical Demands: Ability to walk, stand, bend, and twist for long periods; perform repetitive movements; lift up to 55 lbs continuously.
7. Reliability: Adhere to attendance policies.
8. Safety: Follow all safety protocols.
