Qualifications

• Must comply with safety standards and procedures.
• Able to troubleshoot and perform 5S audits.
• Load/unload rubber press and materials as needed.
• Work in Molding/Finishing department based on business needs.
• Inspect materials for defects and ensure quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate various production equipment in Molding & Finishing.
• Complete production tickets and downtime sheets.
• Support cross training to advance to higher operator levels.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
