Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or foreign equivalent.

• Experience with molding process and validation.
• Experience with medical manufacturing and automation equipment.
• Understanding dimensional and functional impacts of molded parts and coordination with R&D.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise on molding process and equipment issues.
• Review output and performance data to identify production trends and challenges.
• Execute engineering studies, engineering work orders, validations, and change control.
• Create technical knowledge for the manufacturing unit and transfer to operators and technicians.
• Handle top losses, develop and implement plans to eliminate losses and drive OEE.
• Follow good manufacturing practices.
