Job summary

Ultradent Products Inc. is seeking a Mold Tooling Technician in Utah to maintain injection molds and support the production team. The role emphasizes safe practices, troubleshooting, and documentation to ensure molds perform as expected.

You will work with technical and production teams to minimize downtime and improve tooling reliability. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, mold assembly/disassembly for changeovers, and providing hands-on technical support.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and technical problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics.
• Experience with mills, lathes, grinders, and welders.
• Understand safe rigging and mold handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs and modifications on injection molds.
• Assemble and disassemble molds for changeovers and repairs.
• Provide technical assistance to production teams as needed.
• Troubleshoot mold tooling issues and document solutions.
