Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• 3+ years of direct management experience.
• 5+ years of injection molding experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with JD Edwards/CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of mold technicians and set performance expectations.
• Prioritize and manage mold repair, PM, and reliability programs.
• Coordinate PM efforts with other departments to ensure readiness.
• Develop inventory strategies for standard replacement parts.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
