Job description

Chicago Mold Engineering, in its 80-plus year history, has become an awarded leader in plastic injection mold making. Job Description:

  • Build, repair, and troubleshoot plastic injection molds.

Experience requirements:

  • Must be able to set up and operate general shop machinery (Prototraks, surface grinders, lathes, etc.)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in assembly and disassembly of complex injection molds
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience making routine and complex repairs to injection molds
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience fitting parting lines
  • CAD knowledge required
