Qualifications

• Minimum score in the 50th percentile on the DAT Mechanical Reasoning Test.
• Minimum score of 50 on the Wonderlic Select (Traditional score of 16 on the Cognitive portion).
• Physically capable of standing and walking for the entire shift and lifting up to 60 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Safely performing injection mold changes and machine start-ups within time standards.
• Troubleshooting basic machine and equipment problems and robot issues.
• Complete machine process adjustments to meet specifications and assist with operator training.
