Qualifications

• Required knowledge, skills, and abilities include mechanical reasoning and cognitive tests.
• Must be able to meet physical requirements and lift 60 pounds repeatedly.
• Must be able to wear steel-toed footwear and operate in a safety-conscious environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely performing injection mold changes and machine start-ups within time standards.
• Troubleshooting basic machine, robot, and equipment issues.
• Performing basic process adjustments to ensure product meets specs.
• Assist in training and supervising operators and other mold techs.
