Job summary

Qualifications

• Agreement to complete all required post-hire training modules within specified time frame.
• A minimum score on the DAT Mechanical Reasoning test (50th percentile).
• A minimum score of 50 on the Wonderlic Select cognitive test.
• Must meet physical requirements including standing/walking for the full shift and lifting up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely performing injection mold changes and machine start-ups in proper sequence and within time standards.
• Troubleshooting basic machine and equipment problems.
• Troubleshooting basic robot problems and assisting with mold construction knowledge.
