Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Mold Support Technician for a 12-hour shift (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) on an A shift schedule. Primary duties include cleaning, organizing, and maintaining molds and related equipment to support production changeovers and reduce downtime.

The role requires working with Set-up, Maintenance, and Production teams to ensure molds are clean, properly stored, and readily available. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and thrive in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Mold maintenance and cleaning experience preferred.
• Follows safety procedures and lockout/tagout.
• Maintains mold inventory and location records.
• Works with multiple teams to support changeovers.

Responsibilities

• Clean molds after production runs and before storage.
• Remove resin, debris, and contaminants from molds.
• Organize mold storage areas and maintain inventories.
• Assist with moving molds using appropriate equipment.
• Inspect molds for damage and report issues.
