Job summary

EFP, LLC. is seeking a Mold Maintenance Technician to maintain and set up molds to meet daily production goals. The role focuses on mechanical tasks, mold changes, and routine cleaning to ensure continuous production.

The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, able to read and follow procedures, and capable of handling up to 75 pounds while performing mold-related tasks and completing paperwork daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Must be able to climb, bend, stoop, and reach as needed.

Responsibilities

• Mold maintenance and setup to meet daily production requirements.
• Perform mold changes and set up for mold changes.
• Clean molds and troubleshoot mold-related issues.
• Complete daily mold change sheets and required paperwork.
• Training or experience with air, steam, and water systems.
