Job summary

NDS, a NORMA Group company, is seeking a Mold Setter to join the team on the first shift. You will remove and install molds, review process conditions, and inject the first article for QC sign-off under supervisor guidance.

Responsibilities include changing molds, setting up process parameters, and supporting continuous improvement while maintaining safety and quality standards. Candidates should be able to lift 50 pounds and operate a forklift as required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Change out molds in machines promptly following safety procedures.
• Set up machine process conditions for best quality and cycle time.
• Participate in continuous improvement related to safety, molds, machines, product quality, and performance.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment at all times.
• Be a role model in applying the NORMA Group core values.
• Use hand tools to remove and install molds and inject first article for QC sign off.
