Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Basic computer literacy for manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing practices, especially plastics injection molding.
• Ability to operate an industrial forklift.

Responsibilities

• Remove and install molds in machines in a timely manner following safety procedures.
• Set up machine process conditions to yield best part quality at optimum cycle times.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, molds, machines, product quality and overall performance.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times.
• Be a role model in applying NORMA Group core values.
• Perform any other jobs as directed from time to time.
