Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a Mold Setter to install, adjust, and maintain molds used in plastic part production on the Oklahoma shop floor. You will operate equipment such as overhead cranes and tow motors while ensuring safe, efficient mold handling and changeovers.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic hydraulics knowledge, and tool experience; mold setting is a plus. This full-time position offers competitive pay and benefits within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of hydraulics and limit switches.
• Experience using basic hand and power tools.
• Injection molding experience a plus.
• Mold setting experience a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. periodically throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Inspect molds and components for damage
• Report damage to the Production Manager; repair minor damage and replace parts, as needed
• Use overhead crane, tow motor, and various power tools to remove molds and components from machine
• Clean molds and components and transport them to and from mold storage area
• Install and replace hydraulic and water lines of each press as needed
• Follow all safety rules
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
• Installation of any ancillary equipment related to mold set
