Job summary

Clayens in Greeneville, TN is seeking a Mold Setter Level I to set up, adjust, and maintain molding equipment for efficient production. You will work with injection molding machines to prepare molds, install and align them, and monitor operations to minimize defects.

The role requires basic understanding of molding processes, reading technical documents, and strong mechanical aptitude. Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:00 PM with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of molding equipment operation and injection molding processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and install molds on injection molding machines according to specifications and production schedules.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of molding equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Monitor machine operation during production runs and resolve minor issues promptly.
