Job summary

Clayens is hiring a Mold Setter I for the 3rd shift in Greeneville, TN. The role involves setting and removing molds from molding machines, loading robot/machine programs, and maintaining clean, organized work areas in a fast-paced production environment.

Candidates should have an ability to read English, a high school diploma or GED, and the willingness to work long hours with minimal supervision. Prior mold setting experience is a plus and safety protocols must be followed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Prior Mold Setting experience a plus.
• Technical and mechanical skills to set and pull mold.

Responsibilities

• Set and pull molds according to established procedures.
• Load programs for Robots and Machines.
• Respond to alarms and red lights promptly.
• Keep areas neat, clean and organized at all times.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures.
