Job summary

Clayens Group in Greeneville, TN is seeking a Mold Setter I for the 3rd shift. You will set and remove molds from molding machines and complete all required paperwork and documentation.

Responsibilities include loading programs for robots and machines, responding to alarms, performing line clearance and mold upgrades, and communicating with supervisors and maintenance to resolve issues. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must read and write English and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior Mold Setting experience is a plus.
• Technical and mechanical skills to set and pull molds.
• Willingness to work long hours with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Set and remove molds from molding machines according to procedures.
• Load programs for robots and machines.
• Respond to buzzers, alarms, and red lights.
• Perform line clearance, mold upgrades, and cleaning around machines.
• Communicate issues to supervisor, QA, toolroom, and maintenance.
• Keep areas neat, clean, and organized at all times.
• Comply with safety, housekeeping, and ISO/TS16949 procedures.
