Responsibilities

• Change molds as scheduled or required by breakdowns.
• Prepare machine plates for mold set activity.
• Document all mold change activity in the shopfloor system.
• Ensure mold carts, hose area, and mold setting areas are clean, stocked, and organized.
• Repair/inspect electrical, water, and pneumatic circuits as needed.
• Follow all safety and production procedures (cgmp, haacp, iso, osha).
