Job summary

Magna International, Inc. is seeking a Mold Scheduler for its Magna Exteriors operations in Ohio on the 2nd shift.

You will schedule tooling trucks, presses, and punch presses for production to meet paint line scheduling, while ensuring timely material flow and accurate WIP counts. Contribute to APQP schedules, assist with resin ordering, participate in physical inventories and cycle counts, and help track data for scrap, customer rejects, uptime, and cycle time, aligning with Magna's commitment

Responsibilities

• Schedule tooling trucks, presses and punch presses for production to meet paint line scheduling
• Perform service counts, inventory variance investigations, adjustments and corrections
• Work with APQP to schedule trials and pre-production runs
• Assist with resin ordering
• Perform WIP counts to ensure accurate inventories
• Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts. Reconcile discrepancies.
• Assist in tracking and communication of data for scrap, customer rejects, uptime, cycle time, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.....
