Job summary

Aveva Drug Delivery Systems in Fort Lauderdale, FL, seeks a Mold Maintenance Technician to maintain, clean and assemble all AVEVA BFS equipment molds and to oversee inventory control and related reports.

You will develop procedures for cleaning, receiving, storing, and issuing molds; assist Engineering and Operations staff with transporting molds to be installed in BFS equipment as needed. Knowledge of cGMPs and FDA regulations is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years experience assembling BFS molds.
• 1–2 years experience with computerized inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, cleans and assembles all AVEVA BFS equipment molds.
• Oversees mold inventory control and required reports.
• Develops procedures for cleaning, receiving, storing and issuing molds.
• Assists Engineering and Operations in transporting molds for installation.
• Ensures mold room is neat, clean and inventory is accurate.
• Operates in compliance with Code of Conduct, safety and regulatory requirements.
