Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with technical certifications or relevant vocational training.
• Experience as a BFS Mechanic and understanding of BFS Technology preferred.
• 5–7 years direct manufacturing BFS equipment experience.
• 3+ years mechanical engineering in regulated Food/OTC Pharmaceuticals manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as mechanical BFS Subject Matter Expert.
• Perform PM and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Oversee equipment changeovers for smooth product transitions.
• Assist BFS startup and major adjustments of parison, mould, and punch.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure SOP compliance and provide training to staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant maintenance work area.
