Job summary

Dry Force is seeking a Mold Coordinator to join our Mold & Asbestos Department in Texas. You will coordinate mold projects from start to finish, manage estimates and insurance approvals, and communicate with homeowners to keep projects moving smoothly.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience in restoration or construction is preferred, with Xactimate certification being a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Clear communication with homeowners, insurance reps, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard computer applications.
• Experience in restoration, construction, environmental services, or project coordination is preferred.
• Xactimate Level 1 Certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mold projects from start to finish.
• Generate estimates for Mold remediation projects.
• Manage insurance approvals and follow up to keep projects moving forward.
• Communicate with homeowners throughout the mold remediation process, providing updates and answering questions.
• Coordinate scheduling between homeowners, technicians, internal teams, and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, tracking reports, and approvals.
• Organize project communications, emails, and required documentation.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve delays or outstanding items.
• Ensure project files remain compliant with company and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with project budgeting and monitor approved scopes of work.
• Support the Mold & Asbestos Department with additional coordination and administrative responsibilities as needed.
