Dry Force is seeking a highly organized Mold Coordinator to join our Mold & Asbestos Department. You will coordinate mold projects, manage insurance approvals, and communicate with homeowners to keep projects moving smoothly with internal teams and contractors.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and professional communication with homeowners, insurers, contractors and internal teams.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard computer applications.
  • Experience in restoration, construction, environmental services, or project coordination preferred.
  • Xactimate Level 1 certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate mold projects from start to finish.
  • Generate estimates for Mold remediation projects.
  • Manage insurance approvals and follow up to keep projects moving forward.
  • Communicate with homeowners throughout the remediation process, providing updates and answering questions.
  • Coordinate scheduling between homeowners, technicians, internal teams, and subcontractors.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, tracking reports and approvals.
  • Organize project communications, emails, and required documentation.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve delays or outstanding items.
  • Ensure project files remain compliant with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with project budgeting and monitor approved scopes of work.
  • Support the Mold & Asbestos Department with additional coordination and administrative responsibilities as needed.
