Job summary

Valeo is seeking a Process/Manufacturing Engineer or Technician for its Site Process/Manufacturing Engineering team in Reno, Nevada. You will develop or improve processes, supervise QRQC activities, and support problem-solving across assembly and packaging.

The role requires an Associate Degree with 3–5 years in production, preferably automotive, and strong molding experience. You will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to drive improvements and ensure first-time quality.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent experience in production.
• 3–5 years in Production, preferably with automotive experience.
• Skilled Process Engineer with molding experience and technical ownership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and ability to work with outside vendors.

Responsibilities

• Review daily production schedules with Master Scheduler.
• Lead QRQC activities and root-cause analyses using PDCA.
• Coordinate process design, improvement and manufacturing engineering tasks.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to implement improvements.
• Support IP and VPS tools and contribute to continuous improvement.
