Job summary

Valeo is seeking a Process/Manufacturing Engineer or Technician to join the Site Process/Manufacturing Engineering group. You will drive molding-focused process improvements, coach teams, and support QRQC activities.

The role requires hands-on technical ownership and collaboration with suppliers to meet quality and efficiency goals. Ideal candidates have an Associate Degree with 3–5 years in production, preferably automotive, and strong problem-solving and communication skills to drive

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent with 3–5 years in Production (automotive preferred).
• Process Engineer with molding experience and ability to own technical decisions.
• Process Engineer who can improve bad parts.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Good communication skills and ability to liaison with outside vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead process/manufacturing engineering activities in molding-focused projects and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate QRQC and problem-solving activities with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
• Plan schedules, estimate workforce needs, and ensure on-time delivery per specs.
• Support SQA, IP/VPS tool usage, and implement PDCA and root-cause action plans.
