Job summary

MC Molds Inc is seeking an experienced Mold Polisher for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift. The role involves disassembling and cleaning industrial molds, polishing, repairing mold damage, and performing TIG welding as needed.

Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, with a willingness to grow with the company. Training is provided, and compensation is negotiable based on knowledge and experience.

Qualifications

• Experience is a plus but will train the right candidate.
• Must be mechanically inclined.
• Shifts available: 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and clean industrial molds.
• Polish molds.
• Repair damage to molds.
• TIG and Micro welding.
• Tape & sand blast molds.
• Assemble molds and tooling.
• Water test molds.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
• Review BOM and set aside tooling for upcoming orders.
• Looking for individuals to grow with the company.
• Complete appropriate paperwork and mold documentation records.
