Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Mold Operator for a manufacturing client in Milford, NH. The role supports production by operating injection molding machines, blending machines, and inspecting molded parts.

Accurate, detail-oriented work and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential. The position offers a stable schedule from Monday to Friday, 2:30pm to 10:30pm, with a pay rate of $21 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience or training preferred.
• Reasonable dexterity in handling small parts.
• Ability to lift 25–55 lbs. occasionally, 20–55 lbs. frequently, and 10–25 lbs. regularly.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines to produce molded parts.
• Operate blending machines to combine raw pellets.
• Inspect products for surface defects and flaws.
• Position and secure threaded cores and/or overmolds into molds.
• Follow all safety regulations and maintain a clean work area.
