Job summary

The Marmon Utility LLC facility in Amherst, NH is hiring an Injection Molding Operator for a highly automated production line. You will create plastic insulators, inspect parts, perform sub-assemblies, and package finished products in a clean, climate-controlled plant.

The role requires learning automation/robotics and participating in LEAN activities, with shift coverage Mon–Fri, 11pm–7am, onsite. Strong basic math and readiness to operate pallet jacks are important.

Qualifications

• Hand and assembly skills.
• Willingness to learn equipment, automation, and robotics.
• Simple math.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines in a highly automated facility.
• Load and unload machines; perform simple sub-assemblies.
• Inspect parts and package products; maintain material supply to machines.
• Rotate between work centers daily and keep work area clean.
• Learn to operate automation/robotic equipment and participate in LEAN activities.
• Follow safety rules and participate in team meetings.
