Manpower Group (USA) is assisting a manufacturing client seeking a Mold Operator to join the production team in Milford, NH. The role focuses on operating injection molding machines, blending pellets, and inspecting parts for defects.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of manufacturing experience. Candidates should be able to lift up to 55 lbs and work 2:30pm–10:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Our client, a manufacturing organization specializing in injection molding, is seeking a Mold Operator to join their team. As a Mold Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mold Operator

Pay Range: $21

Shift: Monday through Friday, 2:30pm-10:30pm

What's the Job?

• Operate injection molding machines to produce molded parts
• Operate blending machines to combine raw pellets
• Inspect products for surface defects and flaws
• Position and secure threaded cores and/or overmolds into molds
• Follow all safety regulations and maintain a clean work area

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED
• One to three years of manufacturing experience or training
• Reasonable dexterity in handling small parts
• Ability to lift 25-55 lbs. occasionally, 20-55 lbs. frequently, and 10-25 lbs. regularly
• Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods, up to 8-10 hours per day
