Job summary

Randstad USA in Manchester, TN is seeking an injection mold operator. You will be trained to run multiple machines (grommet, logo, grinder, injection and packing) and to trim mats while following packing and quality instructions.

This role requires bending, lifting up to 30-50 pounds, standing for up to 12 hours, and working a 6am-6pm day shift or 6pm-6am night shift with mandatory overtime posted monthly. Safety rules must be followed.

• Physical stamina to stand and lift for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Operate injection mold equipment including grommet, logo, grinder, and packing machines
• Trim mats and follow packing and quality instructions
• Work with computers to ensure compliance with instructions and schedules
• Attend orientation and follow assigned shifts and overtime whenever scheduled
