Job summary

Entegris, Inc. in Minnesota seeks a Mold Maker + CNC Programmer to build and maintain molds, tooling, and fixtures. The role includes CNC programming, troubleshooting, and documenting processes, with opportunities for growth and relocation support to the Chaska facility.

The position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, shift flexibility, and a comprehensive benefits package including health and 401(k) options. Compensation ranges from $32-38+ per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in mold making field/industry required.
2-year degree in mold making or completion of qualified apprenticeship program.
Knowledge and use of SolidWorks/Creo.
Programming skills for CNC mills using Mastercam.
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues.
Ability to read and understand work instructions and perform math computations.

Responsibilities

Builds new molds and mold inserts for tooling and repairs to enable quick turnaround.
Maintains mold files and completes related documentation.
Operates CNC Mills, EDMs, and Lathes to a proficient level and troubleshoots mold cycles.
Assembles production molds, cleans and reassembles as needed.
Performs additional duties in support of production goals.
