Carlson Tool & Manufacturing Corp. in Cedarburg, WI is seeking a skilled 2nd Shift Tool Maker to design, build, refurbish, and reverse engineer plastic injection molds in a clean, climate-controlled facility. You’ll work with engineering designs and CAD models, read specifications, set up machine tools, and assemble dies, contributing to automotive, medical, energy, and consumer industries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Journeyman Tool & Die Maker is required.
• Proven expertise in Plastic Injection Molds is required.
• The ability to read, interpret, and analyze engineering designs and CAD models.

Responsibilities

• Analyze specifications, set up and operate machine tools, and fit/assemble components to fabricate and repair metalworking dies
• Assist with plastic injection mold builds through all stages; keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
