Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating 5-axis machining centers.
• Strong programming skills.
• Ability to read and interpret part drawings and prints.
• Proficient in calculating dimensions and tolerances using precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate 5-axis machining centers.
• Review part specifications and requirements.
• Set up work piece, sequence and tool selection.
• Produce parts within required tolerances and specifications.
• Inspect and validate your own work using precision measuring equipment.
• Complete short-run jobs with frequent changeovers and tool adjustments.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Proficiency in operating 5 Axis Machining Centers - required
• Strong programming skills - required
• Ability to read and interpret part prints and technical drawings
• Proficient in calculating dimensions and tolerances using mathematical skills and precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
• Capable of machining precision parts from start to finish

A Day in the Life:

• Set up, program, and operate5-AxisMachining Centers
