ICU Medical Inc. seeks a Mold Technician I to perform routine maintenance on plastic injection molds both in the press and on the bench under supervision. You will disassemble, clean, and reassemble tooling, ensuring accuracy and cleanliness.

The role requires basic mechanical aptitude, familiarity with shop tools, and the ability to read 2D prints. Prior mold or tooling experience is welcomed but not required, with training provided.

Competenze

• Must have a basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use shop tools.
• Ability to read simple 2D prints or diagrams is helpful.
• Experience with basic measurement tools is a plus.
• Previous injection molding or tooling experience is desired but not required.

Mansioni

• Perform routine maintenance on plastic injection molds in the press and on the bench.
• Disassemble, visually inspect, clean, organize, and reassemble high cavitation tooling.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and clean work area.
• Support regulatory compliance with FDA, EPA, OSHA, ISO, EEOC and internal policies.
