Job summary

Integrity Fusion Products, Inc. is seeking a Mold Maintenance Technician III to maintain and optimize molds and related equipment used in injection molding.

You will ensure tools are kept at peak performance, assist with tooling setup, and support production with technical guidance. The role requires experience reading technical drawings, some CAD/CAM exposure, and proficiency with precision measuring tools.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work with little direction and maintain high self-motivation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
• Experience with injection molding processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and precision measuring instruments.
• Familiarity with mold design, materials, and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while performing maintenance tasks.
• Manage mold spare parts and ensure mold readiness per production schedule.
• Disassemble and reassemble molding tools as needed.
• Clean, maintain and test molding tools and peripherals for production readiness.
• Troubleshoot tooling issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical support during tooling setup, operation, and maintenance.
• Maintain documentation of tooling designs, modifications, and maintenance activities.
