Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on mold/tool room experience in plastic injection
• Ability to read tooling drawings and follow instructions

• Able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Read and understand tooling drawings and instructions
• Disassemble and assemble molds safely and efficiently
• Clean molds and assist maintenance technicians
• Adhere to schedules and meet deadlines
• Maintain organized work area and document activities
• Use measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauge, bore micrometers)
• Monitor inventory to keep components in stock
• Reduce machine downtime and support process engineers in troubleshooting
