Job summary

Eaton's ES GEIS CHD division in LaGrange, NC is seeking a Mold Cleaning Tech for 2nd shift. You will disassemble, clean, minor repair, lubricate, and reassemble molds and dies, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Responsibilities include operating a powered industrial truck license, recording data, following environmental rules, recognizing mold problems, and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience using inspection measuring equipment (micrometers, etc.)
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a multi-process manufacturing environment
• Experience with various measuring instruments and ability to read blueprints

Responsibilities

• Disassembles, cleans, minor repairs, lubricates, and reassembles molds and dies.
• Assembles and disassembles molds; cleans, repairs, and lubricates.
• Maintains a powered industrial truck license.
• Keeps a clean work area and adheres to safety rules.
• Maintains accurate records and communicates mold problems.
• Follows all environmental and waste disposal rules.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
