Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Mold Maintenance Technician in Ohio to support the injection molding process. You will perform preventive maintenance on precision molds, read blueprints, and re-build tools with a focus on safety and quality. A technical degree and mold experience are preferred.

The role offers a stable schedule, 40 hours, and benefits including a 401(k) match, paid holidays, and parental leave. Temperature-controlled facilities are provided.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret blueprints and prints.
• Experience in preventive maintenance on molds, dies, or similar.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting ability.
• Able to communicate technical notes clearly in writing and verbally.
• Prior injection molding environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on molds and dies per ERP system.
• Disassemble, clean, reassemble, and store molds; inspect for damage.
• Interpret tooling blueprints and re-build tools as needed.
• Assist with setup and changeovers of molds in production.
• Maintain organized tool room and update schedules as directed.
