Job summary

QPS Employment Group is hiring a Mold Operator for a Germantown, WI facility on 3rd shift (10:54pm-7:00am) with a $19.00/hour wage and potential to hire after training.

You will operate injection molding machines, load/unload parts, perform visual and basic dimensional inspections, document production, and keep a clean, safe work area while following safety rules.

The role requires basic mechanical aptitude, ability to stand long hours, lift 15–30 pounds, and work in a noisy manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or molding experience preferred.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Read and follow work instructions and quality standards.
• Strong attendance and reliability; works well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines according to work instructions and production schedules.
• Load and unload parts from molds and machines.
• Perform visual and basic dimensional inspections to ensure quality.
• Identify and report defects, machine issues, or material concerns to the supervisor.
• Complete required production and quality documentation accurately.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and minor troubleshooting as trained.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.
• Assist with material handling and packaging as needed.
