The Mold Bench Technician supports mold maintenance through learning nomenclature, disassembly/assembly, and basic repairs, while developing tool making skills alongside a team of professionals.

Position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and collaboration, with comprehensive benefits and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED acceptable.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating instructions and procedures.
• Basic math and measurement skills required.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Learn nomenclature, functionality, and mechanics of injection molds with supervision.
• Disassemble, assemble, clean, and perform repairs on molds and manifolds.
• Learn basic operations of grinders, lathes, and mills for rudimentary repairs.
• Develop basic tool making skills to assist other departments.
