Job summary

Yokohama TWS in Iowa is seeking a Mold and Bladder Maintenance Associate to maintain molds and bladders, program tire recipes into press computers, and coordinate changes with leads. You will adjust equipment, operate the curing press, and monitor parameters to ensure quality production.

The role requires high school diploma/GED, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This is a full-time on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Hands-on approach; mechanically inclined preferred.
• Experience with heavy equipment and trouble shooting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments.
• Operate machinery and equipment.
• Set up and operate the curing press.
• Occasionally check curing press parameters (temperature, time).
• Provide suggestions for equipment replacement.
• Operate dry ice blasting unit.
• Keep inventory for production needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of the equipment/department.
