QualDerm Partners in Hickory, NC is seeking a Mohs Histotech to support our Mohs surgical team by preparing and processing tissue specimens with precision and efficiency.

You will produce high-quality slides, maintain lab quality standards, and contribute to exceptional patient outcomes in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Bachelor’s in Histotechnology and HTL certification are preferred, with Mohs histotechnology experience desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Histotechnology or related discipline.
• ASCP HTL certification preferred.
• Experience in Mohs histotechnology desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and section frozen tissue specimens via Mohs techniques.
• Process, embed, and stain tissue samples for examination.
• Maintain quality standards and document procedures.
• Ensure OSHA/CLIA safety compliance.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to support patient care.
