Job summary

Hanwha Qcells USA Corp (Qcells USA) in Houston, TX, seeks a Manager, Module Product Management to translate EPC needs into module product priorities and drive development from concept to deployment.

You will partner with Strategy Office, Module R&D, Manufacturing, SCM, Sales, and project teams to optimize cost, performance, and constructability for utility-scale PV modules, while leading cost-reduction initiatives and new product introduction.

Qualifications

• Bachelore2s degree in engineering, science, or another relevant technical discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in product management or related functions.
• Strong technical understanding of PV modules and their application.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Tech Center interface for module product and technology initiatives.
• Translate EPC needs into module product requirements and development priorities.
• Lead module technology and cost-reduction initiatives from development through qualification, deployment, and commercialization.
• Coordinate with Strategy Office, Module R&D, Manufacturing, SCM, Sales, and project execution teams to align product strategy and execution.
• Evaluate new module and related system technologies for cost, performance, constructability, and risk.
• Drive module and tracker/system integration strategies to optimize EPC cost and performance.
• Review product development plans, prototypes, certification, and manufacturing readiness for deployment readiness.
• Develop deployment plans and business cases for technology initiatives with budgetary considerations.
• Support product roadmaps and new product introduction for utility-scale PV modules based on EPC and market needs.
