Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Science or related field and 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience in leading a project from early development to high volume production.
• Experience in the development of module processes and its integration in back-end processes of Flat Panel Display & Touch industry or other related industries.
• Experience in DOE, data analysis, or SPC control.
• Experience in failure mode analysis, root cause investigation, and problem solving for product yield and quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop new manufacturing process technologies to solve complex design challenges impacting Apple displays and touch technology.
• Serve as a focal point in process development of advanced key process modules from concept through validation builds.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure progress from development to high-volume production and optimize processes.
