Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Science with 3+ years in module processes.
• Experience in DOE, data analysis, and SPC control.
• Experience with root cause analysis and problem solving for yield/quality.
• Willingness to travel internationally for project support.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of complex manufacturing processes for display modules.
• Develop manufacturability and scalability for high-volume production.
• Lead PFMEA and root cause analysis for new process technology.
• Collaborate with Product Design, Display Engineering, Operations and vendors.
• Stay current on industrial process and material trends.
