Qualifications

3+ years of experience with in‑depth technical knowledge in display, sensor, electrical, optical, or semiconductor processes.
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Optoelectronics, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead quality system development and quality control tools for scalable production.
Review design and specification docs for process capability and yield targets.
Provide reports on yield performance and drive corrective actions.
Review supplier quality control flows and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with suppliers to map process development and ensure readiness for ramp.
Monitor production ramp and mitigate risks.
