Job summary

Qualifications

• Candidate must have appropriate technical background and supervisory exposure.
• Experience with module equipment and process control is advantageous.
• Familiarity with 5S, safety standards and quality systems is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to lead a flexible, multi-skilled workforce is needed.
• Experience with data analysis and SPC tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift engineering and maintenance technicians on module equipment.
• Plan daily work assignments and ensure safety, quality and throughput goals.
• Lead troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with operations for production readiness and QM objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement projects and root-cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, 5S and relevant standards.
