Job summary

Epsilon Industries is seeking an experienced Carpenter / Steel Fabricator to join our Sheet Metal Department. The role involves fabricating, assembling, fitting, and installing structural and light-gauge steel components used in prefabricated modular systems in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, steel fabrication, metal framing, or structural steel, with the ability to read drawings, take precise measurements, and maintain quality

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, steel fabrication, metal framing, or structural steel.
• Ability to read construction drawings, shop drawings, or blueprints.
• Strong measurement skills with tape measures and marking tools.
• Proficient with common hand and power tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble steel components for modular systems.
• Read drawings and measure to tight tolerances.
• Safely operate fabrication equipment and power tools.
• Maintain quality and productivity to meet schedules.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and report issues.
