Epsilon is a leader in the Off-Site Construction (OSC) industry, delivering mechanical/electrical-centric systems in a modular, prefabricated form, optimized for a streamlined on-site completion by us or others. We are seeking an experienced Carpenter / Steel Fabricator to join our Sheet Metal Department.

This hands-on role fabricates, assembles and installs structural and light-gauge steel components for modular systems, reading drawings and ensuring quality within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in carpentry, steel fabrication, or related trades.
• Ability to read construction drawings, shop drawings, or blueprints.
• Strong accuracy in measurements and use of hand/power tools.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble steel and metal components for modular systems.
• Read shop drawings and blueprints to lay out and cut parts.
• Measure, cut, drill, fit, and assemble accurately.
• Work with structural steel, light-gauge framing, and metal studs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Coordinate with welders and other sheet metal staff.
